Hilary Clinton looks set to lose the Democrat nomination for the 2008 Presidential Election, and will immediately start campaigning her candidacy for the next US election, a few years down the track. Barack Obama claims it will be confusing running campaigns simultaneously for two elections, but announced the start of a nationwide tour to promote his re-election for a second term as President, on the assumption that he wins first time round.

In North Carolina voters chose Obama as the 2008 candidate, Clinton as the 2011 candidate and Obama for presidential re-election should he win in 2008. The same election form was used to choose who should be out of the Big Brother house and to choose candidates for the next series of America’s Next Top Model.

Clinton said she will also start campaigning for Presidency of Russia and several small former East European republics, as well as expressing an interest in becoming the first President of Australia.“Australia would be more of a hobby thing that I’d do at weekends” she said this week.

Former President Bill Clinton has supported his wife on her race for the White House, evidenced by stains on her trouser suit at the Illinois primaries. Bill said he can’t wait to get back into the Oval Office and finish who he started.

A recent pole has shown few people confused Barack Obama with Osama Bin Laden, but more than half confused Hilary Clinton with Saddam Hussein.

Republican, senator McCain meanwhile is expecting to adopt the Austrian campaigning technique of locking opposition voters in a basement for 24 years.
